Written by As I drifted into sleep last evening I was in Grateful Appreciation for the wonderful rhythm of nature. The sound of the ocean waves upon the shore just outside the bedroom called me into their vibrational frequency. With loving gratitude I gave my full attention to the music of the sea and the shore. In that state, at one with the rhythm of my surroundings, I rested in a deep peaceful sleep……
Reflecting on that experience today I was called back again to that magnificent connection. Breathing in sync with the surf, lifted by the sound of the sea, I am feeling at one with the planet where I exist. As I focus my attention inward I become acutely aware that I am “in” the ocean and the ocean is “in” me. I feel the gentle waves within my body moving from my heart center outward to my extremities. First my arms and legs, then my fingers and toes feel as one with the vibration of the sea. It is as if there are gentle waves moving out from my heart into every part of my being. As they move I am aware of a magnificent energy that is alive with the fullness of the love placed in all creation by the Divine Source of All!! I am filled with Grateful Appreciation for being a body in a planet in a Universe born out of Divine Love by the Creator of All that is.
Yesterday I experienced the introduction to this magnificent connection. We were out on the water in my Sea Eagle Explorer Kayak and from time to time we would stop all movement and just sit still and feel the gentle rocking of the waves beneath us. It was quiet. There was only a slight breeze. The warm sun bathed us in its light and the crystal clear water revealed the ocean floor below us. Then in the midst of all that beauty there appeared a huge sea turtle, two feet away, coming up for a bit of air. The Honu, as they are called in Hawaii, looked at us, greeted us as One, and then gently turned and swam back into the depth. It was a magical moment, a connection with the Creator through the creature. It was as it should be, for the Honu is the oldest living creature on the planet! Next trip out we will call to the whales and commune with them. I am knowing the connection with them already.
There is a magnificent beauty and power that comes when we connect with the Earth. We are not just humans placed here to live out our life. We are truly One with all that is and our lives are blessedly more complete when we are are in harmony with the vibrational frequency of nature. Go and connect today, even if it is just for a moment. Step outside and feel the beauty of all that is around you. Breathe it in and feel it using all of your senses. You will lifted up and your vibrational frequency will increase as you become One with All that is created in love by the great I Am, the Source of All!!! Have a Blessed Day!
